We hope that our policyholders never have claims, but the very nature of accidents makes that unlikely.

Claims Examiners are in charge of the ultimate value of a claim. They are absolutely crucial because they determine what is a claim, how much should be paid, what legal courses should be taken, what should be denied, what should be investigated via third party, what should be subrogated, and on and on.

With so much going on, claims can get pretty complicated, but Claims Examiners walk Policyholders through the entire claim process.

The goal of our claim examiners is to close a claim early. Claims closed early traditionally cost less than claims which remain open for long periods of time. In order to do this, Care West policyholders must provide necessary information when asked, as well as file a claim soon after it is reported by the employee. Time is crucial.
