Loss Control Safety Specialists Conduct Periodic Risk Identification Inspection & Audits
On arrival to the facility, the consultant will meet with the Safety Officer and each Department Head to audit the Safety Committee Monthly Meeting Minutes and the Department Safety Training Documentation. A Risk Identification Inspection will be conducted using the Loss Control Hazard Check List criteria (Found in our Forms section).
Safety Specialists also perform DHS Surveys on Plant Maintenance, Equipment, Organization and Environmental Services so that when facilities get surveyed by the Department of Health or OSHA, our facilities will be prepared. We conduct our DHS Survey using our DHS Check List criteria (Found in our Forms section).
